We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging, in resellable condition with all inserts included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Order number and the email used at checkout are required to initiate a return.

To start a return, log in to your Customer Accounts and submit a return request from your order history. If you checked out as a guest or cannot access your account, email support@furppl.com with your order number.

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. If you use our prepaid label, a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

After your return is approved, please ship the item within 7 days of receiving the label. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Discounts applied at purchase reduce the refundable amount accordingly. If the order was marked as a gift, we may issue store credit.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping and will replace the item or issue a full refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

Your item must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging, in resellable condition, with all inserts included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for EU withdrawals unless the item is defective.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@furppl.com
