MATERIALS
Zoe Lev is a fine jewelry brand founded in Los Angeles in 2011 by designer Stephanie, who named it after her daughter. Most of its pieces are 14K solid gold, many set with diamonds or gemstones; a few are gold vermeil (sterling silver under a thick layer of gold) or sterling silver. The description of each piece names its metal, its stones and their carat weight.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
14K gold: store each piece in a cool, dry place, in a jewelry box or pouch, with its clasp closed so chains do not tangle. Take it off for bathing, swimming, working out and any activity that puts pressure on it, which can strain links and stone settings or scratch the gold. Clean it with mild soap and water or a polishing cloth. Vermeil: keep it away from water, lotion, perfume, sweat and chemicals, since the gold layer can wear and show the silver beneath.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns within 10 days of delivery, Zoe Lev's window. Pieces must be unworn and undamaged, in their original packaging. Start a return from your account. An 8% handling charge and the flat $9.95 return shipping are deducted from your refund. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are always handled at no cost to you.
Zoe Lev makes most pieces to order, so an order cannot be cancelled once it is placed.
