Is the jewelry hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. Crafted in 18K Gold Plated over 316L surgical-grade stainless stel or solid gold, each style is waterproof, hypoallergenic, tarnish free and safe for sensitive skin, made for everyday wear with no irritation, no tarnish, no worries.

Can I shower, swim, or work out in it?

Yes. FURPPL jewelry is waterproof, sweatproof, tarnish free and built for everyday adventures.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Our jewelry is designed to be low-maintenance, but a little care goes a long way. Avoid harsh chemicals, chlorine, and perfumes. Rinse with mild soap and water if needed, dry well, and store pieces separately.

How do I pick the right size?

We’ve got you! For rings, our interactive sizing guide makes it super simple, just wrap a strip of paper around your finger, measure in millimeters, and match it to our chart. Plus, we include tips and tricks to help you find your perfect fit, stress-free.

Orders & Returns

What is your return and exchange policy?

Enjoy easy 60-day returns with our self-serve portal. Exchanges and returns for store credit are free. Refunds to your original payment method have a small return shipping fee deducted. Defective or incorrect items are always handled at no cost to you.

All FURPPL pieces are also covered by a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects starting on the day your order is delivered.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We start preparing orders quickly, so changes and cancellations are time-sensitive. If you need to update your shipping address, change an item, or cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible with your order number.

If your order has not been processed or shipped yet, we will do our best to make the change or cancel it for you.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled, but you may be able to request a return or exchange once it arrives, as long as it meets our return conditions.

Can you exchange items?

Yes. We offer exchanges on eligible items within 60 days from the day your order is delivered.

To request an exchange, simply use our self-serve returns portal with your order number and the item you would like to exchange. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging to be accepted.

Final sale items, gift cards, and any items marked non-returnable are not eligible for exchange. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, send us a message and we will be happy to help.

Warranty

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. All FURPPL jewelry includes a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects from delivery. If your 18K gold plated piece does not hold up within 60 days of purchase, we will provide a full refund. No questions asked.

How does my purchase help rescue dogs?

Every FURPPL piece gives back. We donate $1 from every Everyday and Signature piece, $3 from Statement designs, and $5 from Hero and Limited drops directly to vetted U.S. dog rescues and shelters. 100% of every donation dollar goes to helping pups in need, with no fees, no overhead cuts, just love.

Shipping

Which countries are the products delivered to?

Right now, we ship FURPPL orders within the United States and Mexico. All orders ship from Texas.

We’re working on adding international shipping in the future, so if you’re outside the U.S., keep an eye on our updates or join our newsletter.

How much does the shipping cost?

Standard shipping within the U.S. is free on all orders over $49+ USD.

If you choose an expedited option at checkout (when available), any additional shipping cost will be shown before you confirm your order.

Which shipping methods do you offer?

We currently offer:

Standard shipping – Free on all U.S. orders over $49+ USD. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within the standard carrier timeframes.

Expedited shipping – When available, faster shipping options will appear at checkout with pricing based on your address.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Account

Do I necessarily have to create an account to order?

No. You can check out as a guest without creating an account.

Creating an account is optional, but it makes it easier to view your order history and track future orders in one place.

Do you save my bank details?

No, we do not store your full payment details.

Payments are processed securely through our payment providers (such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other gateways), and your card information is encrypted. We only receive confirmation that your payment was approved, never your full card or bank details.

We currently accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Additional payment methods such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal may also be available at checkout, depending on your device and location.

Is your packaging sustainable?

Absolutely. We use a reusable pouch and a recyclable mailer with every order.
All our packaging is designed with its full lifecycle in mind, using materials that support repair, reuse, resale, and recycling.
