When will it arrive?

Belle Étoile pieces ship from California, usually within 2 business days, and arrive within 5 business days after shipping, free in the US on orders over $49. FURPPL jewelry ships free in the US the next business day from Texas and arrives within 5 business days; FedEx 2Day and Overnight are available for it at checkout. Items from different makers ship separately.

What if it is not quite right?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery through our self-serve portal. Return shipping is a flat $9.95, deducted from the refund, and the refund goes to the original payment method.

Does a gift help dogs in rescue?

Yes. Every order commits meals to dogs in rescue through the FURPPL Rescue Fund, and each piece shows its meal count beside the price.
