2-Year Limited Warranty

Who gives this warranty: FURPPL, 2028 E Ben White Blvd #240-3575, Austin, Texas 78741, support@furppl.com.

What it covers: every FURPPL-made piece of jewelry, against defects in materials and workmanship under normal wear, including tarnishing and peeling or flaking of the gold finish. For example, a clasp that breaks or a joint that comes apart.

How long it lasts: 2 years, starting the day your order arrives.

What we do: we send you a replacement of the same piece, once per piece, at no cost, shipping included. If that piece is no longer available, we give you store credit for what you paid for it. You don't need to send the piece back.

What it doesn't cover: loss or theft; scratches, dents and normal wear over time; and damage from accidents, misuse, or repairs or changes made by anyone else.

Who it covers: anyone with the order number, so gifts are covered too.

How to make a claim: email support@furppl.com with your order number and a photo of the problem. We reply within 2 business days.

Limits: Any implied warranty, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, lasts only 2 years from the day your order arrives. A replacement or store credit, as described above, is the only remedy under this warranty, and we are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. This does not limit damages for personal injury. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
