MATERIALS
Haus of Brilliance is a third-generation family jeweler from New York's Diamond District. It makes these pieces in 10K, 14K and 18K solid gold, platinum, sterling silver and gold over silver, with natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, colored gemstones and pearls. The description of each piece names its metal, its stones and their origin, any treatment, and the total carat weight. Larger center stones and some higher-value pieces may include a grading report from a gemological laboratory.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Solid gold and diamonds: wash with mild soap, lukewarm water and a soft brush, then rinse and dry with a soft, lint-free cloth. Sterling silver: store it dry and apart from other pieces, and polish it with a cloth made for silver. Gold over silver: keep it away from water, sweat, perfume and lotion, and wipe it gently after wear. Pearls: put them on after perfume and hairspray, and wipe them with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid chlorine, bleach and harsh or abrasive cleaners, and store each piece on its own.

30-day returns. Pieces must be new and unworn, in their original packaging, with every tag, certificate, report and insert they came with. Resized, engraved or otherwise altered pieces cannot be returned. Start a return from your account. Return shipping is a flat $9.95 per return, deducted from your refund. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are always handled at no cost to you.
