RETURNS & EXCHANGES
30-night sleep trial: your dog can sleep on the bed. Start a return from your account within 30 nights of delivery. The bed must come back clean, undamaged and complete, in its original packaging, so keep the box. A flat $50 return fee per bed, which covers return freight, is deducted from your refund. Chewed, soiled or odorous beds cannot be refunded. The sleep trial is available in the 48 contiguous US states. If your bed arrives damaged, email photos to support@furppl.com the same day. Damaged, defective or incorrect beds are always handled at no cost to you.
