Gift questions

When will it arrive?

FURPPL jewelry ships free in the US within 1 to 3 business days from Texas and arrives 3 to 6 business days after it ships; FedEx 2Day and Overnight are available for it at checkout. Jewelry from our partner makers ships free in the US too, on the timing shown on its product page. Pieces from partner makers ship directly from the maker, and each product page shows when it ships and how long delivery takes. Items from different makers ship separately.

What if it is not quite right?

Everything comes with free 30-day returns, except final-sale items (the Outlet and pieces marked final sale). Return it through our self-serve portal within 30 days of delivery, unworn or unused and in its original packaging, and we email you a prepaid label; nothing is deducted for return shipping. The refund goes to the original payment method.

Does a gift help dogs in rescue?

Yes. Every order donates meals to dogs in rescue through the FURPPL Rescue Fund, and each piece shows its meal count beside the price.
