Free 30-day returns: return it within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging, and we email you a prepaid label; nothing is deducted for return shipping. Start a return from your account. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are always handled at no cost to you.

30-day product guarantee from Dogistry: For 30 days from the date of delivery, if you experience any issues due to defects in materials or craftsmanship, Dogistry offers a replacement or finds a solution. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage and misuse are not covered. To make a claim, email support@furppl.com with your order number and we take it up with Dogistry.
