RETURNS & EXCHANGES
30-day returns on dog gear from our partner brands. Toys must be unused, in their original packaging with the tags attached. Start a return from your account. Return shipping is a flat $9.95 per return, deducted from your refund. No plush toy is indestructible, so chewing damage is not a defect. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are always handled at no cost to you.
Sprays: returnable only if unopened and sealed in their original packaging; once opened they cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.
